BIS REGISTRATION FOR UPS AND INVERTORS OF RATING UPTO 10KVA

IS Standard : IS 16242 (P-1)


All UPS and inverters with ratings up to 10KVA are covered in the BIS/CRS registration scheme under IS standard - IS 16242 (P-1). BIS Registration is required for this product before to be imported or sold in the Indian consumer market.
After the product is registered with BIS, the manufacturer can use the standard mark on their UPS and Inverters of Rating upto 10KVA. The use of this standard mark is governed by the rules and regulations of BIS.

Ornate provides complete assistance in getting UPS and Inverters of Rating upto 10KVA registered from the beginning.This includes taking care of all the documentation formalities and cooperation with the BIS Office in India.
