BEE Registration is mandatory for Tyres/Tires

Standards : IS 15633



A voluntary programme called BEE Star Label rates the energy efficiency of tyres and tyres under the purview of AIS:142. The programme, which covers passenger car tyres, is run by the European Tyre and Rubber Manufacturers' Association (ETRMA). There are three classes under the BEE Star Label: A, B, and C. The most effective class is A, and the least effective class is C. Tyres/tires must meet specific requirements, such as minimum rolling resistance and maximum noise emission levels, in order to qualify for the BEE Star Label. Consumers can save money on fuel costs and cut CO2 emissions by selecting more energy-efficient tyres and tyres with the help of the BEE Star Label.
